ENDURANCE COACHING

Whether you swim, bike, run, or do all three, Carleen will partner with you to develop a fully customized and periodized training plan tailored towards reaching your goals. Every workout, training week, and training block is designed exclusively for you!


In addition, as a rehabilitation expert, I will design a personalized exercise and strength program and build it into your training plan to prevent injury and manage underlying chronic issues. 

As a USA Triathlon certified coach, registered yoga teacher, and occupational therapist, Carleen pairs her knowledge to get you through training and to the finish line while maximizing results and reducing your risk for injury.
