This is for the woman who wants to take serious action and wants to make sustainable healthy changes!

Group Coaching is a 4 week holistic step-by-step progressive program guiding you to revamp your lifestyle, develop new habits and routines, find balance, properly nourish your body, and take back control. 

The Wellness Circle was an amazing, calming and uplifting evening where I am surrounding by encouraging women who were surprisingly going through similar challenges as me. It was a perfect combination of calming meditations, gentle restorative yoga flows, profound self discovery and meaningful conversations. A wonderful getaway for self care on a Wednesday night!

  

Carleen did a wonderful job providing a safe and calming environment for a group of ten strangers to not only talk about our individual stressors, but she also equipped us with tools and strategies to reduce our individual stressors in realistic ways.

Spending my evening with people I didn’t know seemed scary, but it turned out to be one of the most beneficial nights of my life!

The Womens Wellness Circle stirred more emotions than I expected. It helped me relax and feel safe enough to release emotions I had been pushing down due to stress. By the end I felt I had relaxed, learned, connected with other women (which isn't always something I get a chance to do), and I felt connected with myself. I know it will impact how I reate to stress in my life and the steps I wll take toward my removing stressors. I'm so glad I took the time to have such a meaningful experience.

The Wellness Cirlces have been really beneficial to me because it's scheduled time to focus on myself rather than the million other things that I attempt to prioritize in my life (no texts, phone calls, emails, etc). Having positive interactions with other women struggling with similar issues and concerns is empowering. Sharing stories and experiences has helped me to realize I am not alone in my struggles. I've learned to be even more grateful every day and that its important (and ok) to take some time to just breathe.
