Yoga at Empower infuses Hatha and Vinyasa styles of yoga with focused attention to build flexibility as well as stability though vulnerable areas of our body. Pranayama (breathwork) and meditation are integrated to enhance your experience.

 

Surrounded by horses and hayfields, the Empower Studio provides a peaceful setting embedded in nature to fully prepare you for all the benefits Empower Wellness' Yoga classes have to offer. 

Carleen is a registered yoga teacher, reiki maser/teacher, wellness coach, endurance coach, and licensed occupational therapist. She has over 14 years of experience helping people recover from injury, reduce cancer treatment side effects, increase strength,  manage chronic pain and illness, achieve a healthy nutrition lifestyle, lose weight, and more. She opened Empower Wellness and Rehabilitation with the aim of helping people remove barriers to rebalance and live their lives to the fullest.
