Yoga at Empower infuses Hatha and Vinyasa styles of yoga with focused attention to build flexibility as well as stability though vulnerable areas of our body. Pranayama (breathwork) and meditation are integrated to enhance your experience.


Surrounded by horses and hayfields, the Empower Studio provides a peaceful setting embedded in nature to fully prepare you for all the benefits Empower Wellness' Yoga classes have to offer. 

Carleen is a 500hr registered yoga teacher, reiki master/teacher, wellness coach, endurance coach, and licensed occupational therapist. She has over 14 years of experience helping people recover from injury, reduce cancer treatment side effects, increase strength,  manage chronic pain and illness, achieve a healthy nutrition lifestyle, lose weight, and more. She opened Empower Wellness and Rehabilitation with the aim of helping people remove barriers to rebalance and live their lives to the fullest.

I am a board-certified occupational therapist as well as an advanced-level yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience helping people recover from injuries, autoimmune disease symptoms, cancer treatment side effects, arthritis, and more. 


I provide a unique approach to teaching yoga drawing from my diverse background and knowledge as a therapist. I will teach you how to use yoga as a tool to improve the health of your body and mind in order to live your life to the fullest.
