Strengthen, stretch, and flow while getting your heart rate up and your zen on!

Some experience with yoga is recommended

Find relief from your stress while you calm your body and your mind

Great for all levels!

Beginner Flow

A progressive yoga experience

Great for beginners and people with pain or arthritis

Learn how to properly do yoga for your individual body and to keep your joints healthy
Learn how to modify poses to bring yoga to meet your body instead of forcing your body into a pose
Enjoy weight-bearing exercises that are gentle for your body while strengthening your muscles and your bones
