Total Body Strength and Vinyasa Energizing Flow Yoga
Strengthen, stretch, and flow while getting your heart rate up and your zen on!
This is an advanced level class and some experience with yoga or group fitness is recommended.

Core & Restore
Energizing yet grounding. Strengthen your core and all the essentials while you enjoy a mellow yoga flow. Core & Restore will leave you feeling strong, balanced, peaceful, and calm. Great for all levels. Some experience is helpful but not required.

Not sure where to start or new to yoga? Maybe you've started yoga, but want to progress your yoga journey. Do you have pain or other physical conditions? This is the class for you! We will take additional time to learn and progress the poses, how to transition between poses, and how to set yourself up for success. Great for beginners, those looking to progress, or those wanting more guidance.
