The Sacred Day Express is a private, restorative reset for when your body needs care but your calendar is full. Experience 60 minutes on a quiet working organic farm with gentle movement, breathwork, soothing red light, and PEMF therapy woven into one seamless experience, held by an occupational therapist who understands how much you carry. Arrive, exhale, and let yourself be cared for. You leave lighter, calmer, and more like yourself.
Cancellation Policy
By booking you agree to attend your scheduled appointment. You may cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Canceling less than 48 hours beforehand results in a 50% cancellation fee.
