My Fav Source of Protein For Smoothies

Bone broth protein powder is my fav. I try to stay away from soy and cannot tolerate whey. I use this in my smoothies every morning! My fav flavor is salted caramel (omg so yum with my frozen fruit!), but other flavors are available.

I love that they are being creative and exploring movement while being introduced to mindfulness based activities. My Fav Injury Prevention/Treatment Home Tool {This is Essential!}

Foam rolling is one of the best things you can do to keep your tissues healthy at home. I work out so many tissue restrictions in my clients and this baby helps for maintenance between sessions and to address issues head on when they arise. This is an essential piece of home equipment. I use mine every night before bed.

 

My Fav Kitchen Appliance

BIG AIR FRYER

We use this every single day. It has become my most used kitchen appliance (aside from my Ninja smoothie blender linked above). I cook chicken, roast vegetables, air fry chicken tenders for the kids, and so so much more with this amazing little appliance. It heats up within seconds and cooks fast! This one is amazing because it's large enough to feed our family of 7. There are so many settings, I haven't even used them all: fry, roast, bake, dehydrate, and more!
