Service Description

This is the registration for make up classes for current students only The class is approximately 60 minutes long. Strengthen, stretch, and flow while getting your heart rate up and your zen on! Some experience is recommended.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Coaching/Therapy: If client has purchased 1 month (4 week) coaching block, a maximum of 1 make-up session due to a cancellation is allowed. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or will be considered a no show. Make-up sessions will be added on to the end of the session block, unless otherwise agreed upon with Carleen. *No shows will not be made up.* If Carleen needs to cancel for any reason, other than holidays or previously agreed upon dates, she will make up your session by adding on to the end of your session block (unless otherwise agreed upon). Yoga: Empower Wellness' yoga is a progressive yoga session meeting once per week for a series of weeks. By signing up, you are committing to attending your registered class time for the full session. No makeup classes or refunds are available for missed classes. If, however, Carleen must cancel due to an emergency then the canceled session will either be rescheduled or refunded depending on what the schedule allows. If you would like recordings of all live classes, sign up for Unlimited Video Access. Pop-Up Yoga: No refunds. Wellness Circle / Retreats: Due to the limited number of spaces and advance preparation, cancellations made on or after 1 week prior to the event will not be refunded. Cancellations made prior to that will be subject to a 50% fee. No-shows will not be refunded. If Carleen needs to cancel due to an unforeseen emergency, payment will be refunded unless a reasonable reschedule can be arranged.
